Owen understands the critical importance of Subsurface Utility investigation and design integration on any project. Owen offers demonstrated experience to complement infrastructure design including the investigation scope derivation and Utility Survey Data management utilising a methodology in accordance with AS5488 to classify utilities in terms of quality levels: A–D corresponding to data accuracy. The data is integrated into our design – Always.

Owen, with intent, established a structure where the Management and Senior Engineers are in direct contact with our Engineering Team = strong emphasis on teamwork. The company structure also allows Owen the advantage of transparent communication to Clients how we distribute tasks among our Team, avoiding a top-heavy distribution of the scope of works that results in an ‘efficient’ fee structure.
