Gold Coast Logistics Hub

Civil engineering consulting associated with major earthworks (350,000m3), reinforced earth retaining walls (5mhigh), infrastructure realignments, deep infrastructure construction, intersection upgrading and early site handover to stakeholders.

Engagement with the project consultant group informing a solution for completion of major earthworks whilst concurrently realigning a 110KV electrical supply within the site.

Value Engineering the geotechnical investigation works to establish the suitability of existing on-site road pavement gravels being re-used to meet Council construction specifications. Critical appraisal was also undertaken of suitable retaining wall types in consideration of Council guidelines, geotechnical conditions, site constraints, surcharge loading, aesthetics and lifespan.
